The Friendship Rush Duel Tournament was a Rush Duel tournament held by The☆Lugh in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime, between Duelists from Mutsuba Town and The☆Lugh's own servants, which The☆Lugh claimed would foster friendship between the two parties. The losing Duelists were shown The☆Lugh's manuscript of Mr. Universe, a sight that froze them in a block of ice. The tournament ended up being inconclusive following Yuhi Ohdo's Duel with The☆Zuwijo, as The☆Lugh was incensed into unleashing his powers, necessitating the intervention of Yudias Velgear and Yuna Goha to stop him.
Tournament structure
The matches are drawn from two boxes, one containing participants from Mutsuba Town and the other containing participants from The☆Lugh's team. It was never confirmed whether the winning participants would Duel again, as the tournament was abandoned before then.
