Phantom Darkness |
Phantom Darkness is a Core Booster in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG) and Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game (TCG). It is the seventh Core Booster of Series 5. It follows Gladiator's Assault and was followed by Light of Destruction.
The North American Sneak Peeks for this set took place from January 26–27, 2008. In the TCG, this set became legal for premier events on February 16, 2008.[1]
Packs of the TCG set were also printed in the Phantom Darkness: Special Edition.
In October 30, 2019, the set was re-released in South Korea in Korean, as part of a reprint season including some other old packs. It was reprinted as originally released; in its original box style.[2]
Konami's official database claims that the Super Rares from this set were also printed as Ultimate Rare; however, there is no evidence that these were ever actually printed.
