- This is the cover card of the TCG version of Structure Deck: Marik, as well as one of the cover cards of Legacy of the Valiant: Deluxe Edition.
- The valley in this card's artwork appears in the artworks of "Necrovalley Temple" and "Surging Erosion".
- This card's artwork is based on the Valley of the Kings in Egypt, where the Pharaohs were buried.
- The Valley of the Kings became a popular place to bury Pharaohs since monuments like the Great Pyramids of Giza became easy targets for grave-robbers, so the tombs were built to protect the deceased's remains. This is reflected in this card's effect that prevents the players' Graveyards from being interacted with, as well as its relationship with the "Gravekeeper's" archetype.
