Ruler's Mask is a Selection Pack in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. It was available in-game from April 4, 2022 until June 10, 2022.

Brand new archetypes storm into play! Get the "Despia" that fuse with Light and Dark Monsters, the "Magikey" that work Ritual and Fusion summons like magic, and the "Gunkan" that draw out Xyz Monster effects with different material combinations. Cards that work well with these new Monsters included!
Dramaturge of Despia
The ability to negate an Effect Monster's effect on the Field when a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster is Special Summoned is a strong power.
Not only can you choose which Monster will trigger the activation and seal away its effect, you can also activate it to seal other Monsters' effects and use tactics that take advantage of Fusion Monster Special Summons.
It also combines that with the effect of Special Summoning itself when it's used as a Fusion Summon Material, so it perfectly complements a Deck that makes full use of Fusion Summons.
With an ATK of 3000 and all those effects, this powerful Monster can really put your opponent on edge.
Despian Quaeritis
This Fusion Monster must be Fusion Summoned with a "Despia" Monster and a LIGHT or DARK Monster.
Its mighty Quick Effect can be activated during one another's Main Phase to reduce all Face-Up Monsters' ATK to 0 until the end of the turn, excluding Level 8 or above Fusion Monsters.
If you activate the effect after your opponent finishes unveiling their plan you can make their attack waver on their very own turn.
Even if it leaves the Field because of an opponent's effect, you can follow it up with the effect that allows you to add the next monster from your Deck to your Hand or Special Summon it, so be energetic in your attempts to Fusion Summon it.
The Iris Swordsoul
A Level 8 Monster that can be Special Summoned from your Hand when there is a Monster on either your or your opponent's Field that has had its effect negated.
The effect that allows it to Special Summon itself is a Quick Effect activated from your Hand on one another's turn, so if you can line up the right conditions, you'll be able to chain other Card effects to Special Summon it.
On top of that, while this Card is in play and your opponent Special Summons a Monster, it can activate various other effects. Depending on if your opponent Special Summons from the Deck or the Extra Deck, your effects will apply differently so decide which effect you want to activate and aim to create the conditions to make it occur.
Starving Venemy Dragon
A Fusion/Pendulum Monster that is Fusion Summoned with a DARK monster and a Pendulum Monster.
Its strong effect lets you treat it as a Monster with the same name as an opponent's Monster and gain its effects.
Depending on the effects and combat power you get from your opponent's Monster, you'll be able to handle a wide range of Monsters in battle since you can deal effect damage to your opponent, while also reducing their ATK and DEF.
After it's placed in the Pendulum Zone, every time a Card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard it can reduce all except Dragon-Type DARK Monsters' ATK and negate battle damage.
It will really help to solidify your defense!
Antihuman Intelligence ME-PSY-YA
This Level 8 Pendulum Monster can be Special Summoned from your Hand by adding 1 Pendulum Monster from your Hand or Pendulum Zone to your Extra Deck, face-up.
While this Card is in the Monster Zone, any Monsters Normal or Special Summoned after it that turn are sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. If you combine it with a way to avoid your opponent's attacks and effects, it's a powerful way of dealing with your opponent's various Monsters.
Depending on the Pendulum effect, Spell/Trap Cards are banished without being sent to the Graveyard, so you can use it against any Spells or Traps with effects that activate from the Graveyard.
Each pack contains 8 cards. The rarities are guaranteed as follows:
- The eighth card in each pack is R rarity or higher.
- If 10 packs are purchased at once, the eighth card of the 10th pack is instead guaranteed to be SR rarity or higher.
