RE: Fabled Dianaira Rulings[edit]

You can Tribute Summon it the normal way by tributing 2 monsters. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 11:48, June 16, 2012 (UTC)

"It is not an effect" means that it is a Summoning Condition. It implies an additional way to Tribute Summon it, but that doesn't mean that you cannot Tribute Summon it normally. It doesn't have a restriction that prevents it. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 17:19, June 16, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Evolzar to Trap Cards[edit]

  • Meh, it wasn't really that bad of an edit war. I got a bit overly irritated, because there is so much BS trivia on this Wiki, it's genuinely annoying. "This card is similar to that" and "That card is similar to this", why can't a card just be a card, with no other affiliations? What people really mean is that the effect is similar to its effect, but what's the point of stating that? It's just so pointless.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 20:14, June 17, 2012 (UTC)
  • Nope. Not always necessary, either. Not having a go, just saying.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 20:31, June 17, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Stupid User[edit]

Images from Volume 1 of ZEXAL[edit]

Yes, I did read it and decided to taken some images that I found more important for you to (maybe) upload in this site.

Number 17 symbol on the Ground
Number 17 symbol on the Hand
Ugly version of Blustering Winds, in Manga style
Though it's English, image is Japan!
Extra Deck is seen on the belt, oppose to being in the Disk Body
Number 39 symbol on the Ground/Air?
(Top Panel) Detached: (Bottom Panel) Effect Explained on Utopia
Ever uglier than "Double or Nothing"
Astral regained memory from Leviathan Dragon, said that he required 100 Numbers to complete his Memory...

Hope that all helps. --iFredCat 23:25, June 18, 2012 (UTC)

Re:What?![edit]

You do realize that your sentence is half-gibberish, right? I don't disagree with him but if you spell it my way, it causes no confusion. MadRest 20:31, June 19, 2012 (UTC)

No, this has nothing to do with it. It is Left-Hand, because if it weren't, it's implied that Left acts as an adjective to the whole "Hand Shark", and not the other way around. The Exodia parts are not written in this style, hence they have nothing to do with this. Basically, it means that the Hand Shark is left, and not that the Shark symbolizes a left hand. MadRest 20:37, June 19, 2012 (UTC)

Shark[edit]

Please see Talk:Reginald Kastle. Currently the page is leaning in favor of being renamed Shark to comply with how we've got Bruno, Tron, V, etc. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 14:39, June 26, 2012 (UTC)

I am aware of that - if that happened, then we have to starting his biography by "Shark (character)" instead of his usually name. All other were first named because they were first introducing with the codes - Johnny as "Bruno", etc. But Keginald Kastle was revealed before "Shark" was his name. First service would making it to stuck with it. --iFredCat 15:01, June 26, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Language Changes[edit]

Okay. Got it. Not easy to judge whether the edits are for vandalising purposes or for correct purposes. I'm not that good with other languages!! If only I could understand them. :D ----SuperSponge!!(Talk)(About me) 16:32, June 26, 2012 (UTC)

Shrink's animelore[edit]

It is stated in episode 158 of the second series anime that Rafael activated "Shrink" at the wrong moment since "Dark Magician Girl" already went to the Graveyard by that point. Was this due to a rule that was used for the second series anime or does that mean the anime lore of "Shrink" should be altered a bit(in seasons 4 and 5 of the second series anime, the duels were more consistent on the real life rules than the first three seasons).Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 04:27, June 29, 2012 (UTC)Cardsknower

Then separate that lore from former version - former one is for Season 1-3 and latter is for 4 and 5. Don't put them together. --iFredCat 04:34, June 29, 2012 (UTC)
There is a problem with that, this card's appearances before and after episode 158 show this card consistently using the anime effect listed on the page, so therefore I think I need to add another effect that states you can halve the effect damage you take from an effect since that would be the only instance it was done as it was never used again after that.Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 04:41, June 29, 2012 (UTC)Cardsknower
Go discuss that with Falzar, he will deal with it. --iFredCat 04:42, June 29, 2012 (UTC)

What's wrong with you?[edit]

  • What's up? You've been telling everyone to "shut the hell up" left, right and center for no particular reason lately.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 15:02, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • The change of Wikia have driving me crazy. If you want me to turn back to normal - drive MediaWiki Staff's toys back out of this site! And also, they must shut their traps if Goldy told them to and they continued the "Guess Clue" shit. Yugi don't using Horakhti the Creator of Light, it was Yami Yugi; the Pharaoh of Egyptian! --iFredCat 15:11, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • What changes? I haven't really been here, so I don't know what's been changed, besides those new image box things.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 15:12, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
All those changes since the width-screen (not movie version) clumsy to middle size, MediaWiki Staffs should keep their pants buckled up and stop shitting all those trash all over Wikia - look at Archie Sonic wiki, it's perfect, the way it was before all those craps are added up.
All those details are making our Wikia gone crapper than before. Either I continued to act like this or them begone! --iFredCat 15:19, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • To be fair, acting childish probably isn't going to solve the issue. The best way is to put forward your case and hope they listen.--YamiWheeler (talkcontribs) 15:21, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Forgot that I have an instinct of cat? It's like I am predicting the bad storm. I am aware that I was little childish but it's better off them gone. If you think that I am right after all, you and Delta can go ahead and headbutt them down before speak them yourself. But holy bat; those "upgrade" are actually downgrade in my sight, reckless what you bugged on me. --iFredCat 15:26, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Yeah Fred, you've been borderline trolling in regards to this, even mentioning it in discussions that have nothing to do with it. I think you need to make your own forum topic about it. The recent big upgrade had unavoidable consequences, and many were quickly fixed or are being fixed. The lightbox should go back to how it was. The videos can stay, but the option to add them should be below the option to view and add images, since they are added far less frequently, if at all. Everything else is fine/should be fixed soon, so please relax before you get blocked from here or something. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 15:59, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Respect, Goldy - but it's my talk page and they are stay to be viewable. You're welcome to create a forum and explain them the reason why I confirmed them being "pointless" stuffs. Again, I am being act strange lately as I told Joey earlier on this topic - a very strong reason why I refuse to attend Forum and spill all the shit over there. --iFredCat 16:06, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
I did what you asked, and no one ever respond that forum. So hope you are happy that I put it up, Goldy. --iFredCat 19:09, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

Emperor of Prophecy[edit]

Oh yeah sure, if you want someone to stop editing, give logical reasons first before you start rambling and calling other people losers. hey, at least i dont' spam a lot, editing war is just once in a while thing, and you're losing your temper so easily. man, that's not cool. also, before people were fine with "you control" instead of "your side of the field", but when the TCG lore of Hieratic Dragons of Su and Nebthet came out, it was different.

Before it was like this - [1]
But now it's like this - Hieratic Dragon of Nebthet

I'm following consistency. i gave my reasons, where's yours? i listened to the Hideturtle after his last comment.

24.83.215.20 (talk) 21:33, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

Don't care - leave it the hell alone, dammit! I already explained to you my reason; it's how all PSCT are. --iFredCat 21:35, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Fine, if you can find me a card from that pack that says, "from your Graveyard or you control", or something like that, then i'll leave it alone. Cause so far, i can see "Dark Fusion", from Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years, saying "from your hand or side of the field". 24.83.215.20 (talk) 21:43, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Not all cards are same. So leave it be. --iFredCat 21:44, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Excuses. 24.83.215.20 (talk) 21:47, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
It's not if Hide Head Turtle accepted it original translation (before you changed it), I am supporting him, not you so now shut up and get out of my talk page! --iFredCat 21:54, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
I've already replied here: Talk:Emperor of Prophecy.  HHT   - (Talk to the Turtle) 06:03, July 5, 2012 (UTC)
I am aware of that - you told him same thing I told him; "you control is common term". And you got a point; Hieratic included the hand, Emperor of Prophecy did not. --iFredCat 12:59, July 5, 2012 (UTC)

Rulings question[edit]

Hey, Fredcat, I see you're online and you're an experienced yugioh duelist. So I have a question for you. If I flip summon Fortune Lady Dark who has ? attack points but has a special ability effect that gives it attack points, does it get destroyed by Trap Hole? --Qim1 (talkcontribs) 00:06, July 9, 2012 (UTC)

From what I know; "Fortune Lady Dark" has an effect that increasing her ATK by 400 per her Level is continuous... So I am pretty sure that she gained 2000 ATK once she's summoning onto the field therefore she will be destroying by "Trap Hole" (flip/normal only) or by "Bottomless Trap Hole" (if Special Summoned). --iFredCat 00:22, July 9, 2012 (UTC)

Since I have no other way of notifying you, could you kindly explain the stupidity you are referring to?--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 00:11, September 9, 2012 (UTC)

What exact do you pointing on? --iFredCat 00:32, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
The giant I am on the temporality retirement till MediaWiki removed their stupidity problems from this wikia on the banner on your talk page.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 00:35, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
Ah, that problem - MediaWiki's stuffs just made it harder to adapting into. Like width size of this Wikia (and all other Wikia related), I liked full screen on the computer to do anything but here... it's too thin for my taste. Good tools gone (like -> stuffs, so I am forcing to copy/paste from old pages that I once post up before they added too much), etc. etc. More stuffs to look at is in my Archived Talk Page - Archived 18 - "What's Wrong with you?" --iFredCat 00:39, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
Or do what I do, and use the Monobook skin. I can't stand the new skin either compared to good ol' Monobook. Unfortunately, I can't make it a site-wide choice.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 00:41, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
I am not very fond with Monobook - I had been used to New Wikia Skin since I registered in this site. So you're saying that "MediaWiki" Staffs are more powerful than you, the Founder of Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia? --iFredCat 00:43, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
For controlling the default skins? Yes. They are. I'm not happy about that, believe me. Still, Monobook I've found is far more useful and functional than the New Skin is. Use it for a while, you may find it growing on you.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 00:49, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
And all those details that I am against on, like Search Box, Number add (like how many characters that been increased/decreased in each edits), though many other stuffs had been dissolved but they still not completing... I still hated the Number of Edit Difference - it made my Signature look like a long comment instead. Regard your last two lines: I like to have "Recent Change" list in New Wikia allot better than Monobook - it lacked that feature as well as little minor stuffs, like edits and so. I had some experience of that when New Wikia Skin was down for repairing one time and it was horrible. --iFredCat 00:54, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
Unfortunately, they are the ones in control of the hosting. It's a necessary compromise.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 00:57, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
So you're saying that Monobook is better in the general while lacked Recently Change? A large positive compare to New Wikia Skin? --iFredCat 01:01, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
Monobook includes a Recent Changes link in the left-hand menu frame. I certainly prefer it over New Wikia, because it's the best skin for my large screen resolution. Turning off the Ads also helps.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 01:19, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
As of recent adapt? Interesting, I will give it a try in the morning. Btw, my iMac is supporting with Ads blocked, so that won't troubling me at all. --iFredCat 01:24, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
Monobook has always had a link to Recent Changes in the left-hand pane. It may be different on other sites, but it's been the same here for years.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 01:27, September 9, 2012 (UTC)

I don't believe in the supernatural, no. At least, not the supernatural the mass media markets for TV shows.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 12:29, September 9, 2012 (UTC)
That was all I can do, I am not making you to believe it. That is actually relating to my User name. So are you complete satisfy with the answer for my User Page? --iFredCat 12:34, September 9, 2012 (UTC)

Lore Read Difference[edit]

I didn't really understand if you were insulting me (friendly) or just casually telling me, based on your grammar. But anyways, I resolved it; you can see the edit history for Number 92 for the explanation if you wish. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:49, September 23, 2012 (UTC)

My apologize - English is not my first language so I can be clumsy when coming to the grammar, like this line. And thank you for reminded me about that. I was just make sure you are aware about the reason why it was reverted, that's all. --iFredCat 02:49, September 23, 2012 (UTC)
*squints eyes* I'm going to take both of your comments with a grain of salt, because I have seen you around here and know that you can become a little... "feisty" at times. But anyways, thank you for the heads-up. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:30, September 23, 2012 (UTC)

About your Theory of "New Summons"[edit]

Kinda disagree with your reasoning there. First, there are other available "face-down" Summons out there, such as "Morphing Jar 2" and "The Shallow Grave", so the text of "Eisbahn" does not necessarily foreshadow face-down Attack Position Summons.

Other than that, the text for "Surprise Party Goblin" is wrong; the effect should be like "You can reveal this card to Normal Summon this card (from your hand) in face-down Attack Position." This is because you would have to show the opponent what effect allowed this (unless there was a new game mechanic of Summoning monsters in face-down Attack Position). The 1st effect like you had it wouldn't work because the Goblin would already have been Normal Summoned, so you couldn't "Summon" it again in face-down Attack Position. Also, 2nd effect would be irrelevant with either my text or your text, since all face-down monsters are flipped to face-up Attack Position when attacked.
This is NOT related to the comments I made on your page earlier; I just browsed your profile and became interested, and thought you should know. Link to that article is here. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 04:46, September 23, 2012 (UTC)

I still disagree. I don't believe face-down Attack Position Summons were implied when "Darkness Approaches" was made (since UDE had control of the game at the time, and they had control of it for a LONG time). Also, I only believe "face-down" Summons were only implied because they didn't want to include it in rulings. While I stil think it is "possible" that Konami might make an archetype like that in the future, I don't believe they were planning "face-down Attack Position" Summons when they made that card, only cards like "Morphing Jar 2" and "The Shallow Grave" were taken into consideration. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 05:53, September 23, 2012 (UTC)
Well, right now, Konami probably has higher priorities on making new lores for cards that would be used more often by the TCG. Battle Pack 2 might change this, as they would be releasing cards in it that weren't used in the original Battle Pack. Interestingly enough, there wouldn't be that much change in the lore of "Darkness Approaches" if it were edited; it would go something along the lines of:

"Discard 2 cards to target 1 face-up monster on the field; flip it face-down in its same battle position."
--UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 20:10, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Ultra Gravekeeper's (Faillllure)[edit]

Hi Fred. Nice to see you're talk page is up and running again =) Thanks for that. I wonder why Konami got it wrong? I am a little disappointed but at least the Gravekeeper's cards are being re-released, be-it not in there original rarity. I'll keep an eye on that discussion article. --BobblesTalk 14:55, September 27, 2012 (UTC)

Tut, Tut, Konami. I'll still want LC03 anyways; just to see what it looks like. There are still some killer cards in there: Exodia, BLS etc. Have you seen this video yet? --BobblesTalk 15:03, September 27, 2012 (UTC)

Potential image policy change[edit]

Hello, there is currently a discussion about changing our image policy at Forum:Potential image policy change. Because such changes are accompanied by a huge amount of work (renaming thousands of files, and updating thousands of pages), we want to make as few of them as possible. Therefore, your input is requested on the proposed change, as well as any comments on other possible changes you have in mind. If you have any questions about the image policy, now is also a good time to ask. Thanks!

Updating "Flashing Carat Dragon - Stardust" Stuffs.[edit]

As seen in here, it is actually releasing image and is alternate form of "Stardust Dragon" (Not advanced form, like "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode", etc.).

It's lore is such to be like this: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: Target 1 face-up card you control: Until the End Phase, the target card cannot be destroyed by card effects. This card's name is treated as "Stardust Dragon" while it is face-up on the field.

If anyone can post the card frame in Flashing Carat Dragon - Stardust article, feel free to do so. I have no power to do that way, since I have moved to different computer (iMac) therefore I lacked the one that can cut and reshape the frame. Best thanks. --iFredCat 15:01, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

NeoArk is theorizing it's a fake, which is why the image was deleted from the site when it was uploaded yesterday. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 15:07, October 2, 2012 (UTC)
Interesting, thank you for updating me. Lemme know whenever the real copy is out. --iFredCat 15:17, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

Reference[edit]

yeah I know that they have their own card games and such, but making references to them is not a crime nor vandalism what-so-ever. I really think that if someone puts a outside reference to them, you shouldn't feel obligated to erase it. Dark Nazarath (talkcontribs) 02:57, October 27, 2012 (UTC)

Against the rules, again, ask Cheese or Falzar or Delta for the further reasons. They were what teaching me to refuse that part. --iFredCat 08:55, October 27, 2012 (UTC)
I think that's a stupid rule, it makes absolute zero sense. I see plenty of other references to other characters/objects from other media, yet when it's digimon and or poke'mon it's not allowed? that's asinine. Dark Nazarath (talkcontribs) 02:48, October 28, 2012 (UTC)

I've seen this be referenced in the past as a stance on why we should remove such comparisons. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 04:28, October 28, 2012 (UTC)
That is the case where both the yugioh monster and the external monster are based on a creature of mythology.
In that case, we only mention the creature of mythology and not the external monster in the Trivia.
This situation isn't like that, they are not both based on the same thing. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 04:42, October 28, 2012 (UTC)
Calm down, Falzar, I had a wildly guess and I don't recalled which one of you beating my head with a dead chicken about Pokemon not same as Yu-Gi-Oh!, beside "reference". At least Goldy caught the point of the reason why I was right. --iFredCat 12:36, October 28, 2012 (UTC)
"kiss his bullet and nuke bomb"? why would you say something like that? you think you telling me that would make me feel scared, but it's not working, I will in fact tell this guy about this, so don't worry. Dark Nazarath (talkcontribs) 02:20, October 30, 2012 (UTC)

Leviair[edit]

That is not a good image. You don't have to upload a new one just because it's the latest. Your picture is a photo of the card, and you can even see the background. The best images are scans of the cards, not photos. MadRest 16:59, November 10, 2012 (UTC)

Your image is of low quality. Since an image with higher quality exists, it's unnecessary to put it on the card page. It doesn't matter if it's the latest version. If you really want to add it, then use a scanner! MadRest 17:11, November 10, 2012 (UTC)
It does not matter if the image is bad, we follow the image policy regardless. Shardsilver (talkcontribs) 18:22, November 10, 2012 (UTC)
Yes, Goldy lectured him the same, check this thread for further reason. --iFredCat 18:30, November 10, 2012 (UTC)

Round 2[edit]

First off, you were the one who told me confront him on this issue (which I did) and yet when I did you get angry. You're backtracking now. And ban me? on what charge? I'm not causing any damage to this site what-so-ever, I'm just confronting you people on the matter that I kept getting my harmless edits erased for nothing. I tried to be civil yet when I did I get yelled at. If you want me to stop then don't ever comment on my talk page again. P.S. you spelled "please" wrong. Moving[edit]

I care about how we look to the outside world, and from all accounts, we would be better off with Curse. I would consider it a personal favour if you could help us. Your edits here have been invaluable, and I would enjoy seeing them again if we moved to a new home.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 02:43, November 19, 2012 (UTC)

I don't see the reason for the opposition. You surely must see that Wikia no longer has our best interests at heart.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 02:47, November 19, 2012 (UTC)
And I believed I'd offered sufficient rebuttal, not only to Delta, but further down the page. We would no longer have the horrible skin for default users. Curse are very confident of getting Konami on board to recognise us, and we also have tools to spread the word to the people that use the wikia site the most, to inform them of the change. I am confident that this is a positive change for the better.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 02:55, November 19, 2012 (UTC)

Sorry about the sloppy Forbidden Dress tip update. I'll remember not to rush and remember to check my grammar and links in the future.

Long time no talk[edit]

Howdy Fred. How have you been getting on? I have been editing the SpongeBob Wiki lately and haven't checked on the place. I got LC03 and got none of the Gravekeeper's cards... -_- Have you got LC03 yet? --Spongebob456 (Talk) 15:18, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

Got third just yesterday, pulled "Gravekeeper's Commandant" as Ultra Rare. Not only that, I also got "Heavy Storm" in Ultra as well. Best Secret Rare; "Lefty Punch!". --iFredCat 15:43, November 21, 2012 (UTC)
I got Heavy Storm as well as three Watapon... Maybe I'll ask for another box for Christmas! :) --Spongebob456 (Talk) 15:47, November 21, 2012 (UTC)
Congratulation for get that fluffy freak. I am decide to laying off buy the box until I collect enough for Wii U (Black version) within 3 or 4 months if that's long enough. --iFredCat 15:48, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

Votes[edit]

It was the main deciding factor. Anyone can fork this place if they wanted to, but I'm not going to force the community to uproot if they don't want to.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 22:28, November 26, 2012 (UTC)

For example, I'd really love to share my tips with you about both the "Five-Headed Dragon" and "Blizzard Princess" combos, strategies and tactics asap, please. Could anyone send me your suggestions by email @[email protected] asap? Thanks, bye!

P.S. I'll send you my combos much later, so please look forward to them, okay? Thanks, bye!

About the message you said on Ultimate Kuriboh's talk page[edit]

Thanks for making note of that. I don't think he is going to go along with that. He said Deltaneos and other administrators was creating a new template in Deltaneos' Sandbox page of his. He suggests the only thing to do is wait, but I am not so sure. I think that there should two separate anime lores for cards that have lores that contradict how they were used in the anime. Cheesedude said it was better to write them as notes in the episode pages, but despite this, I am not completely positive that will convince everyone. Anyways, I don't think he will go with the suggestions from either of us, but I will see soon.Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 02:56, December 6, 2012 (UTC)

Doing my best to keep it clean and bloodshed-less-ish. But yes, we can wait until it become clear enough. Thank you for responding! --iFredCat 11:21, December 6, 2012 (UTC)

History Comment Query[edit]

Your *throw out overlink, then put in Quotation* U sux! history comment was a bit harsh given all I did was a quick edit of Card Tips:Spellbook Star Hall and not check over the entire tip page like you did.

Were you referring the edits done by 71.176.15.154 and not my single one? It was one if their incorrect tips I removed and that was it.

TheDesertRunner (talkcontribs) 15:36, December 7, 2012 (UTC)

I only fixed all link error and put in Quotation, that's it. They are requirement to be quotation'd. All cards' names must be quotation or take out. Also for the Links part; it's unnecessary to repeat the same names already post once up above. It don't need to have three "Tempest Magician" being linked in same article, nor could be "Xyz Summon" craps. You did fine. "You Suck" from mine comment was not for you; it was for other user that just threw a foolish stuffs like that in, all link and no quotation. --iFredCat 15:39, December 7, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for the clarification. When I've got time for more than a quick edit, I'll watch for that too and clean it up at the same time in the future. TheDesertRunner (talkcontribs) 15:45, December 7, 2012 (UTC)
Just take it slow and careful, that is major part when you have to proofread them all. I just done lectured the IP Addressed User for smacking the tip on many Ninja Tip articles that could not matching the details right. Like Special Summon this ninja with that trap card. Gee, he need to read careful but no, he just cream those same tip all over the Ninja stuffs. --iFredCat 15:50, December 7, 2012 (UTC)
Top stuff. I'll keep following your lead. TheDesertRunner (talkcontribs) 16:00, December 7, 2012 (UTC)

Semi-staples[edit]

Gorz isnt usefull in a deck with continuous spell/traps. Tour guide is support for fiends, it isnt splashable and requires use of other fiends or other copies.

Neither are splashable, unlike Thunder king and tragodia Quick Ninja (talkcontribs) 15:37, December 10, 2012 (UTC)

I am aware of that - but still, how many decks running them lately? I am sure that it's around 20 or so different theme of decks using them. Ever Frogarch Deck. --iFredCat 23:19, December 10, 2012 (UTC)

About your edit on "Polymerization"[edit]

Me and Cheesedude were discussing this issue and during this conversation, I suggested writing it in a more neutral view and he appeared to agree with it. I did that on the page, but you undid it. Is there any way to make the edit agreeable to you?Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 06:16, December 11, 2012 (UTC)

If it was not showing discarding, then we can't confirm that if she did discard that card or not. It's better to write it as she discard an unknown card instead of randomize guess that it was "Polymerization". As usually - we required a source to confirm that one. That mean if you have no source to prove that she really did discarding that card, then you have no right to put that line in.
Here's a reason, can you prove that Judai lost the duel? Or do you proving him won the duel against Yugi? If it's neither then I am saying that Rebecca do not show us the card she discarded, therefore it's speculation to confirm it. --iFredCat 11:44, December 11, 2012 (UTC)

About Rope of Life and Photon Pressure World[edit]

Two times when "Rope of Life" was activated in the anime(Yami Yugi's rematch with Rafael and Leon's Duel with Rebecca), the player had no cards in their hand, so they just summoned the monster. It wouldn't work because the player had no cards in hand. Was this an exclusive ruling in the anime because it seems to be due to how it was used.

On another note, I am really confused if "Photon Pressure World" is supposed to be a mandatory effect or an optional one. The lore itself says it must happen, but the subtitled version of episode 42 implies the player can choose to activate the effect(this is only the subtitled version I don't know if that's what was really said in the episode). At the start of the Duel, Kite used the effect of "Photon Pressure World" to insure that the Duel was over quickly and that he wins the Duel even if it meant hurting Yuma his partner(at that point he was unwilling to get help from Yuma, but reluctantly cooperated with Yuma later since they both want to save Hart).

Reply back when you can. Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 16:42, December 15, 2012 (UTC)

Does "Rope of Life" required you to have at least 1 card(s) in your hand to activate it effect? I don't recall any of that effect as of lately.
That's most likely writer's error for making that damn lore - they kept screw up with the Anime plots. I meant, look at Yami Yugi vs. Arkana Duel, Yugi's hand changed so many times in Preview and second part of the duel that we hardly caught up with his super hand-hacking power. --iFredCat 17:02, December 15, 2012 (UTC)
That was a ruling that was previously official(as shown on the rulings page of "Rope of Life") and this card was (I think) released around before or during the run of the second series anime which was I think during the time the ruling was official. UltimateKuriboh also claimed so and I guess that's why its not heard from lately.
The only thing I want from episode 42 was the debatable fact that Kaito said that the effect of "Photon Pressure World" was optional or mandatory because I followed the subtitled version of episode 42 which I can barely trust on.
Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 17:28, December 15, 2012 (UTC)
Ok, sorry about the misunderstand - LCYW release showed that it's a Cost (after colon) so yes, need a card in the hand to triggering it effect.
Anime broke the rulings, deal with it. If you want to correct it, ask Konami/Writer for that problem, it's not mine. --iFredCat 23:35, December 15, 2012 (UTC)
I just watched two distinct subtitled versions of episode 42, so I now have full confirming on its effect when Kaito explained so.Cardsknower (talkcontribs) 23:51, December 15, 2012 (UTC)
If you had checking the duel between Kalin and Aki in Manga; one of Kalin's trap cards said that he should Special Summon "Infernity" from the Deck - however, he did that while put the "Infernity" Monster (Infernity General in his hand) instead. Manga did making a mistake so are Anime - Anime always broke the rulings and laws, reckless how much you tried. --iFredCat 23:54, December 15, 2012 (UTC)

Number 106 and 105[edit]

both have been confirmed how it was speculated--Veriteo (talkcontribs) 14:11, December 17, 2012 (UTC)

I am aware of that - I only state the truth - Galag have not possessing it at all and I removed "Number 105" from the name that listed there since there are no link for it yet. --iFredCat 15:02, December 22, 2012 (UTC)

Lore conflict[edit]

I would put the lore as: Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: Banish this card, and if you do, return it to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position at the start of your next Battle Phase, then this card's ATK becomes 1900.

That's how I would put it, at least. *shakes hands* --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:42, December 28, 2012 (UTC)

*barks* Nine-Tailed Kitsune: If you control a face-up "Hiita the Fire Charmer" or "Familiar-Possessed - Hiita": You can target 1 face-up "Inaribi" you control; destroy that target, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:45, December 30, 2012 (UTC)

I would be guessing if you hadn't reminded me of the lore of "Caius". That being said, it reminded me of "Gallis the Star Beast", so I'll be using that as a reference.
The Staff of Shadow: Equip only to a DARK Spellcaster-Type monster. When the equipped monster attacks: Target 1 face-down card on the field; banish that target, then, if it was a monster, the equipped monster gains ATK equal to the banished monster's Level x 100. (Other cards used as reference were "Bound Wand" and "Krebons".) --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 00:43, December 31, 2012 (UTC)

Ah, yeah, I knew that. I just use bits of cards' texts as part of jigsaws to put together the whole lore. If you don't mind, could I also update your other "created cards" on your page, such as this card? I like updating card lores; it's my way of cooling off. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 00:57, December 31, 2012 (UTC)
Without looking it up, I'm guessing something like "Adamantite", which is a kind of ore (like the card "Adamantine Sword Revival"). A green-looking gem? Those are my guesses. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:07, December 31, 2012 (UTC)

*rings a bell* Well, since it is a Quick-Play Spell Card, it CAN be activated during the Battle Phase (but not the Damage Step). Bond of the Familiar: Target 1 face-up "Charmer" monster you control and 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with the same Attribute; send those targets to the Graveyard, then Special Summon 1 "Familiar-Possessed" monster from your Deck that lists the name of the first target in its text. (This Special Summon is treated as a Special Summon by the effect of that "Familiar-Possessed" monster.) You can only activate "Bond of the Familiar" once per Duel.
1st part adapted after "Monster Slots", 2nd part a mix of "Level Up!" and "Miracle Contact"; 3rd part adapted after "Dark Calling"; last part adapted after "The Seal of Orichalcos". (Just tell me whether or not you want me to state the cards I used as references, ok?)
One question though; do the targets need to be sent to the Graveyard? Right now, the PSCT wording says it NEEDS to be sent to the Graveyard to Special Summon the "Familiar-Possessed" monster (even though it is part of the effect). I can change this if necessary. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:28, January 1, 2013 (UTC)

Hat trick[edit]

Fred, if you wanted to take the time to do so, could you add the links to each episode in Card Appearances:Magical Hats? --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:02, December 30, 2012 (UTC)

Done, Goldy. Thank you for your note - I also went ahead and fixed the main article as well, it missed 2 episodes and I had to remove other 2 because it don't exist in there at all. --iFredCat 17:52, December 30, 2012 (UTC)
¡Muy bien, y gracias! --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 17:56, December 30, 2012 (UTC)

Comment[edit]

Long time no message lol... was wondering how on my user page I could post a few newly created cards I've been working on lately. --elementalknight (talkcontribs) 00:49, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

Next time, don't click "edit", click "Leave Message" whenever you can. I am also creating some bunch of new cards as of coming Volume - "Jane's Tales" Volume 2; "Generation NeXt". Like in my sister's old, messy story, I am writing my own version of Jane's life (processed through the Yu-Gi-Oh! Universe, like where all monsters living in, you know?) whilst my sister's version is base on real life, who she lived with her grandmother after her mother died when gave a birth. That's volume 1 - the Volume 2 is base on both Janes dueled her way through the Duel Academy in complete different point of view. As mine is more obedient while my sister's more wildly with no firmly hold on the devil exist in the body. I had creating at least 45 new cards for my version alone. If you had notice the above topic that I had a conversation with Ultimate Kuriboh, those are the cards I am making. --iFredCat 00:57, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Cool :) Sorry bout the edit thing been a while since i messaged here lol. --elementalknight (talkcontribs) 01:22, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
No problem, also you should remember the rulings on this site - you can't leaving the Fan-Made cards laying around without any connect to you. I already moved your card stuffs to the this article instead of the usually Commander Valarie Korinzu... This site is exist only for Konami's lawful source and anythings, not for us. We are like ants that working this Wikia up just to keep anything in the orders. --iFredCat 01:25, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Thanks again :)--elementalknight (talkcontribs) 01:35, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Oh yea, silly me... these cards are based on a couple of books im working on lol.--elementalknight (talkcontribs) 01:38, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
I am aware of that - what else why those cards exist for? Being a culo divertido? (ass fun?) --iFredCat 01:40, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Well there's that, and a buddy of mine and I print them out and use thembetween ourselves.--elementalknight (talkcontribs) 02:05, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Good luck with the money production. --iFredCat 02:08, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Thanks :) Hoping the books will go together good, lol. Speaking of which the 2 books, and these cards, are based on the Mobile Suit Gundam series, but with an original plot :)--elementalknight (talkcontribs) 02:14, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
¿Me preguntará acerca de esa parte? (Did I ask about that part?) --iFredCat 02:17, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Good point lol, well kinda slipped lol...--elementalknight (talkcontribs) 02:25, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

From IP-Addressed User[edit]

You have willingly added incorrect information to this wiki, and you have insulted a user for no reason. This site is a worse place because of you.

Before you continue to comment on things about which you clearly have no clue, consider learning Japanese. Or at least English.67.185.185.38 (talk) 02:03, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

I just revert it to original line. If you wanna argue about it, go talk in the Discussion Article or facing the Admins. I am just a mover and I am stuck to the lawful words. Whatever you doing are troll or vandalism. So cut it out please. --iFredCat 02:06, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

Lore conflict Round 2[edit]

"Wall of Fire": Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 face-up FIRE monster, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If you would take effect damage while you control this Attack Position card, place 1 Fire Counter on this face-up card instead. When this card leaves the field, take 1000 damage for each Fire Counter that was on this card.
(These types of effects are "Continuous Effects" and don't "activate". 2nd sentence: adapted from "Sorcerer of Dark Magic". Last sentence: a mixture of the last effects of "Brain Research Lab" and "Chaos Zone".--UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 21:04, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

"Charmer's Magic Trick": Target 3 "Charmer" monsters in your Graveyard; your opponent randomly Special Summons 1 of those targets to your side of the field in face-down Defense Position, then shuffle the rest into your Deck.
Adapted after ""Spellbook Library of the Crescent" (without the "back into" part). --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 20:35, January 3, 2013 (UTC)

Nyeh, sorry! I still don't understand; could you give me the name of the Trap Card? I still can't find the "Gusto" Trap Card where it says your opponent chooses, like the text of "Chosen One" (at least, that's what I thought you said). --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 01:37, January 6, 2013 (UTC)
I only changed one little thing before. The reason why I didn't make it like the text of "Chosen One" is because that lore is out-of-date. I would standardize it like "Reveal 1 Monster Card and 2 non-Monster Cards in your hand; your opponent chooses 1 of them at random, and if that card is a monster, Special Summon it, also send the remaining cards to the Graveyard. Otherwise, send all cards revealed to the Graveyard." So, you do want it like "Chosen One", even though the text is a bit archaic? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 22:22, January 6, 2013 (UTC)

That's why I'm universally hated person :([edit]

Do you see that? Even if I accepted on NAC, still they will need me to mock with me :( Now Fred, please understand me no one understand me everywhere (this is not only internet, everywhere). But the worst thing is I can't proof myself on I changing them, this is really my nightmare. I have only request in this world, its I want to be friend of NeoArkadia. --Clock God (talkcontribs) 19:35, January 3, 2013 (UTC)

They need YOU to mocking YOU? Then do something different for a big deal. It's like you should ask of what you should to do on your job then go and do it. --iFredCat 22:27, January 3, 2013 (UTC)

Ask[edit]
