"The Giant of Light" is the eighty-eighth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on December 10, 2023.
Yuhi and others have been gathered in the Spacetime Classroom to be used as Kuaidul's pawns once again. However, they are able to escape from his control thanks to Yudias, who has realized the truth behind the Kuaidul Spacetime. Yudias and his 39 allies will now face off against Kuaidul together!
Featured Duel: Yudias Velgear vs Kuaidul Velgear[edit]
The Duel is conducted as a Rush Duel.
Turn 1: Kuaidul
Kuaidul's hand contains "Praime Reverse Edge", "Praime Claw Girl", "Praime Dian Keto" and "Praime Drake". Kuaidul draws "Praime Bandijo". Kuaidul Normal Summons "Drake" (0/1000). As Kuaidul has a monster on his field, he can Tribute it to Tribute Summon "Bandijo" in Attack Position, but its original ATK becomes 1800. Kuaidul Tributes "Drake" to Tribute Summon "Bandijo" (2500/1500 → 1800/1500). Kuaidul activates the effect of "Bandijo", paying 1000 LP to add a Level 4 or lower LIGHT Attribute Normal Monster or a "Praime Call" from his Graveyard to his hand and increase its ATK by 500 until the end of this turn. Kuaidul pays 1000 LP (Kuaidul: 4000 → 3000 LP) and adds "Drake" from his Graveyard to his hand ("Bandijo": 1800/1500 → 2300/1500). Kuaidul Normal Summons "Drake" (0/1000). As Kuaidul has a monster on his field, he can Tribute it to Tribute Summon "Dian Keto" in Attack Position, but its original ATK becomes 1000. Kuaidul Tributes "Drake" to Tribute Summon "Dian Keto" (2500/1000 → 1000/1000). Kuaidul activates the effect of "Dian Keto", sending a monster from his hand to the Graveyard to gain 1000 LP and increase its ATK by 1000 until the end of this turn, then he can add a "Praime Call" from his Graveyard to his hand. Kuaidul sends "Claw Girl" from his hand to the Graveyard (Kuaidul: 3000 → 4000 LP; "Dian Keto": 1000/1000 → 2000/1000). Kuaidul Sets "Praime Reverse Edge" in his Spell & Trap Zone. As Kuaidul ends his turn, the ATK of "Bandijo" and "Dian Keto" returns to normal ("Bandijo": 2300/1500 → 1800/1500; "Dian Keto": 2000/1000 → 1000/1000).
Turn 2: Yudias
Yudias's hand contains "Zero Rite Killing Method", "Dimension Bad Zero", "Fake Fabricated Network Zone" and "Sky Fossil Anomalocaris". Yudias draws "Space Yggdrago". Yudias activates the Spell Card "Zero Rite Killing Method" to Special Summon monsters with 0 ATK or 0 DEF from his hand face-up to his field up to the number of face-up Level 7 or higher monsters on Kuaidul's field. Yudias Special Summons "Yggdrago" (2400/0) and "Anomalocaris" (2500/0) from his hand in Attack Position. As Kuaidul has a face-up monster on his field, Yudias activates the effect of "Anomalocaris", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to increase the ATK of all face-up non-LIGHT Attribute monsters on the field by 600 until the end of this turn. Yudias sends "Black Luster Soljersey" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard ("Yggdrago": 2400/0 → 3000/0; "Anomalocaris": 2500/0 → 3100/0). Yudias Sets "Fake Fabricated Network Zone" and "Dimension Bad Zero" in his Spell & Trap Zones. "Yggdrago" attacks "Dian Keto". As Yudias's monster declared an attack, Kuaidul activates his face-down Trap Card "Praime Reverse Edge" to increase the ATK of a face-up Level 8 or lower monster on his field by the original ATK of a face-up Level 8 or lower monster on Yudias's field until the end of this turn, then he changes that monster on Yudias's field to face-down Defense Position. Kuaidul chooses "Dian Keto" and "Anomalocaris" ("Dian Keto": 1000/1000 → 3500/1000), then changes "Anomalocaris" to face-down Defense Position. The attack continues and "Yggdrago" is destroyed (Yudias: 4000 → 3500 LP). As Yudias ends his turn, the ATK of "Dian Keto" returns to normal ("Dian Keto": 3500/1000 → 1000/1000).

Errors[edit]
- When the characters realize they are in the Spacetime Classroom once again, "Dian Keto the Cure Maiden" on Manya's shirt is replaced with "Dian Keto the Gourmet Maiden".
- When Asaka comments on Tell's analogy, "Masked Noodle Broth Tsuke Mendius" on Menjaburo's shirt is replaced with "Zero Rite Killing Method", which is represented by Alfred.
- When Yudias calls out to all his friends, "Voidarve Heavenstar" on Dinois's shirt is replaced with "Abysskite Ray Monochrome", which is represented by Tremolo.
