Card Appearances:Psychic Commander
- In episode 36, Divine used this against Leo. He increased its Level to 4 with "Psi-Station" and used it with "Psychic Snail" to Synchro Summon "Thought Ruler Archfiend".
- In episode 37, Divine Summoned this using "Emergency Teleport" against Carly Nagisa. After two attacks he had Carly pinned to a window, due to hs Psychic Dueling. He used "Psychic Commander" to attack and destroy Carly's "Fortune Telling Witch Chi", dropping her Life Points to 0. The blast from the attack, caused the window to shatter and knock Carly out of the building.
