Card Rulings:Dodger Dragon
TCG Rulings
- Dodger Dragon does not have to remain on the field for it to prevent the opponent from activating Counter Traps.[1]
- If Skill Drain was applied before Dodger Dragon is Summoned, Dodger Dragon's effect is negated.[1]
- If Skill Drain is activated after Dodger Dragon is Summoned, it does not negate Dodger Dragon's effect.[1]
- The following ruling applies to Dverg of the Nordic Alfar, Constellar Pollux, Evilswarm Castor, Dodger Dragon, and Blizzard Princess:
- If you Normal Summon them successfully, and their effects are not negated from the moment they step on to the field by something like Skill Drain, then for the rest of the turn their effect is applied, regardless of what happens to the monster.[2]
