- This card can be searched by "Fusion Deployment", "Destruction Sword Memories", "Promotion", "Emblem of Dragon Destroyer", "Skilled White Magician", "Puppet Pawn", "Fusion Conscription", "Fusion Reserve", "Soldier Gaia The Fierce Knight", "Infernoble Knight Captain Roland", "Wake Up Your Elemental HERO", "Iron Knight", "BOXer", "Frontline Observer", "Additional Mirror Level 7", "Link Party", and other generic searchers.
- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "The Trojan Horse" and "The First Monarch".
- "DNA Surgery" can be used to make all monsters on the field Dragon-Type to give this card a huge ATK boost.
- This card can destroy any single one of the "Signer Dragons", as even the strongest one, "Red Dragon Archfiend", has only 3000 ATK, 100 points less than this card if it was on the opponent's side of the field. The 3000 DEF of "Ancient Fairy Dragon" would face the same problem.
- This rule extends to the "/Assault Mode Signer Dragons"; "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode" has 3000 ATK while "Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode" has 3500 ATK. As the original dragons ("Stardust Dragon" and "Red Dragon Archfiend"), would be in the Graveyard, the ATK of "Buster Blader" rises to a total of 3600.

- This card is the perfect counter to a "Dragon Ruler" Deck, as they revolve around sending Dragons to the Graveyard, powering up this monster immensely.
