Do you think we could get him as OCG exclusive card in Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy, because he fits a bit as Machine-Type WIND monster to the Phantom Beast Plane archetype. I think, it's finally time for him to be released in TCG and he isn't too much better than "Evilswarm Thunderbird". --TheGallisMan 13:27, January 23, 2013 (UTC)
- Allegedly, the reason it has not been released in the TCG is due to some strange potential copyright issues involving NASA owning the rights to images of space shuttles. Just something I read on a forum though, and I hope it was false. --Golden Key (talk • contribs) 13:38, January 23, 2013 (UTC)
- Really? What a mess! --TheGallisMan 14:33, January 23, 2013 (UTC)
- But when you talk of "Number 42: Starship Galaxy Tomahawk", wouldn't it be the same with the artworks of the Phantom Beast Planes (e.g. "Phantom Beast Plane Ray-Stealth")? --TheGallisMan 11:58, January 25, 2013 (UTC)
- Meh, if this was the case, then Konami could easily censor the artwork by giving it a different look, like they did with "Fiend Comedian". But also, are the potential copyright issues only applicable to the U.S. or the entire TCG? --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 00:21, January 26, 2013 (UTC)
- Guys, any and all pictures taken by the U.S. Government are in the Public Domain, Copyright Law does not protect them from being used, and even then, I don't think you can say a Cartoon Space Shuttle is in any form taking something from NASA, if anything it's a very crazy derivative work, but still I doubt copyright is any part of the reason Shuttle isn't in the TCG. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 04:05, January 26, 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, any american aircraft or the Space Shuttle is used in too many movies, series or whatever, so why shouldn't they used them as artwork for Yu-Gi-Oh Cards? Let's wait and see if he is releasing in LTGY as 1 of the 20 Bonus cards. I hope for it.--TheGallisMan 14:43, January 26, 2013 (UTC)
