"One Point of Life!", titled "One Point of Life!!" (１ポイントの命！！ Ichi Pointo no Chikara!!) in the Japanese version, is the 275th chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. In its first English printing, it was numbered as the 216th chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist. In the 3-in-1 edition, its number was changed to match the original Japanese printing.
With Marik's determination while on the verge of death, Yugi goes on and obliterates Marik's shadow using the combined powers of "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl".
