Daemon (デーモン Dēmon) is a Type in Duel Monsters in the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga.
It shares its Japanese name with the archetype, "Archfiend".

The Daemon Type is mentioned in an explanation of the four Magic User Types, where it is included in the examples of monsters belonging to the Demon Magic Type. The English manga in this instance replaces "Daemon Type" with "Fiends" and "Demon Magic Type" with "Demons & Devils".[1] This is inconsistent with how it replaced "Demon Magic" with "Fiend" in an earlier appearance.[2]
