As a Duelist Construct, his appearance is based on Shadi, and the outfit is what he wore in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series.

EtymologyEdit

"Shadi" (شادي) is a name used in Arabic-speaking countries as well as in the Indian subcontinent. The name is traditionally given to Arab Christian and Muslim males. The word "Shadi" is of Arabic origin and has the archaic meaning of "singer" although that is no longer its use nowadays.

RewardsEdit

There are a total of six rewards that the player can earn and received after defeating the Duel Construct in a Duel. The first two rewards are cards that come from the Duel Construct's Deck and the third reward is a recipe for their Deck. Then the fourth, fifth and sixth rewards repeated the same process of the three earlier rewards, but in a harder difficulty with a different Deck. In addition, the sixth reward will allow the player to have the Duel Construct's avatar and the ability to Duel them anytime between the two difficulty.

DeckEdit

In the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, Shadi isn't a Duelist, and because of this, the Deck that the Duelist Construct is playing with is based on the interpretation of him being a Duelist.

The End of the World Deck is a Deck that focuses on Summoning the Ritual Monster "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion". "Ruin" is a Ritual Monster that can be Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Advanced Ritual Art" and "End of the World", and its effect allows it to attack once again if it destroys a opponent's monster by battle. The card "Advanced Ritual Art" requires a Normal Monsters from the Deck with the total Level being exact the same as the Ritual Monster (in this case, "Ruin" who is Level 8) to be send to the Graveyard in order for that Ritual Monster to be Ritual Summoned. There are four possible combination to meet the requirement of "Advanced Ritual Art", and it is to either send "Barrel Rock" and "Destroyer Golem", two copies of "Barrel Rock" or "Destroyer Golem", or "Sengenjin" who is also Level 8 like "Ruin". "End of the World" is a card that require the Level to be exact the same as "Ruin", and it uses monsters from the hand or field. There are plenty of Level 4 in this Deck that "End of the World" can used to Ritual Summon "Ruin".

After the player defeat Shadi's End of the World Deck three times, the next difficulty and Deck is unlocked.

The Armageddon Deck is a Deck that focuses on Summoning the Ritual Monster "Demise, King of Armageddon". Just like in the End of the World Deck, "Demise" can be Ritual Summoned in the same way as "Ruin" since the Ritual Card "Advanced Ritual Art" and "End of the World" is also in this Deck. This Deck does indeed have a third Ritual Card known as "Contract with the Abyss", and that card is similar to "End of the World", but it can only be be used on DARK Ritual Monster. Once "Demise" is on the field, the user can paid 2000 LP to destroy all other cards on the field. Besides "Demise", there are some Dragon monsters in this Deck that is more dangerous than "Demise". These Dragons are apart of the "Dragon Ruler" series and some of them are currently in this game's Forbidden List. There are two "Dragon Ruler" monsters in this Deck which are "Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos" and "Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms". Both of them have the effect to easily Special Summon themselves from the hand or Graveyard by banishing 2 Dragon monsters and this effect can be used on another copies to activate a search effect when they are banished to add a Dragon monster with their Attribute from the Deck to the hand. If they are Special Summoned on the field, they will return to the hand during the opponent's End Phase which means their effect from the hand can be activated next turn. In addition, they have a effect to discard themselves and a monster of the same Attribute as that Dragon with their effect to either destroy a card on the field ("Blaster") or add 1 Dragon monster from the Deck to the hand ("Tempest"). With the effect of "Demise" to destroy all other cards on the field and with the effect of "Dragon Ruler" monsters that can Special Summon themselves, a OTK is possible.
