In the anime, this card did not have a cost.
In episode 16, Akiza Izinski uses this card during her Ground Duel against Gill Randsborg. She equips this card onto Gill Randsborg's "Masked Knight LV3" in order to take control of "Masked Knight LV3" until the End Phase. Akiza then uses "Masked Knight LV3" to attack directly. She then equips "Vengeful Servant" onto "Masked Knight LV3". On Akiza's End Phase, this card's second gave control of "Masked Knight LV3" to Randsborg. This activates the effect of "Vengeful Servant", inflicting damage to Randsborg equal to the original ATK of "Masked Knight LV3". After Randsborg activates "Level Change" to send "Masked Knight LV3" to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Masked Knight LV5" from his Graveyard, this card is destroyed.

Despite Scripted Duels being based off the anime, this card has its cost of banishing a Plant-Type monster from the Graveyard.

In the non-canon duel YCS Providence 2012 Special: Yusei vs. Akiza, Akiza equips this card on Yusei's "Stardust Dragon" by banishing "Lord Poison". This removes "Stardust Dragon" from his side of the field, allowing her to attack directly with "Black Rose Dragon". "Stardust Dragon" returns to Yusei at the End Phase. On her next turn, she regains control of "Stardust Dragon" during her Standby Phase. Akiza's "Stardust Dragon" attacks Yusei's "Junk Destroyer", and "Stardust Dragon" returns to Yusei at the End Phase. The next turn, this card is destroyed after Yusei's "Stardust Dragon" is used as Synchro Material with "Formula Synchron" and "Junk Destroyer" for "Shooting Quasar Dragon".
