Normal Trap-Spell Cards have so far only been seen in Yu-Gi-Oh! R. They are treated as both a Spell Card and a Trap Card, and can be activated as either of them normally would (i.e. from your hand as a Spell Card would, or face-down on the field during your opponent's turn, or yours, as a Trap Card would).
