In the Japanese OCG and Korean OCG, they were introduced in the Rarity Collection Quarter Century Edition in February 2023 and March 2023 respectively to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game and officially replaced the Prismatic Secret Rare rarity as of the Japanese OCG release of Duelist Nexus in April 2023 and the Korean release date of Duelist Nexus in June 2023. In the TCG, they were introduced in the Legendary Collection: 25th Anniversary Edition in April 2023.
