Victory condition

You are declared the Winner when any of the following conditions are met:
- You possess all 5 pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One in your hand
- Exodios, the Ultimate Forbidden God is on your side of the field and all 5 pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One have been sent to the Graveyard by its effect
- Destiny Board is on you side of the field, and all 4 Spirit Messages are present. They must be present in that order, to spell FINAL. If they are out of order in any way, such as FINLA, then you cannot declare a Destiny Board Victory. This, however, only applies to the order the cards came onto the field, not to the order of the Spell/Trap Card Zones you put them in.
- Final Countdown is activated and 20 turns have passed since then
- When your monster remains alone on the field at the end of your turn, after you have activated the effect of Last Turn
- Your opponent's Life Points drop to 0.
- Your opponent runs out of cards when he/she is required to draw a card, either as part of his/her Draw Phase, or as part of a card effect, such as Morphing Jar.
- Your Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes on your side of the field has three Hyper Venom Counters on it,
A Duel is declared a Draw if the following conditions are met:
- Both players simultaneously draw all 5 pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One, such as during the first draw of the game, or via card effects like Morphing Jar or Card Destruction.
- Both players' Life Points drop to 0 simultaneously, such as with Self-Destruct Button or Ring of Destruction.
- When your monster and your opponent's monster both remain on the field or both are destroyed, on the turn that Last Turn is activated.
