The replica Millennium Eyes were models of the Millennium Eye that Pegasus used to determine the pairings for the finals of the Duelist Kingdom tournament in the manga and anime. Each replica was hollow and could be split in two to access the inside.<ref name="d 53ep 28">{{chapterepisode|Yu-Gi-Oh! ==Events==
Pegasus had four pieces of paper, each with one letter, A, B, C, or D, placed inside four replicas. They were randomly placed in bowls of soup served to the finalists at the Duelist Kingdom dinner party. The finalists were horrified surprised to find the eyes in their soup. Pegasus Croquet then appeared on a screen and explained that it was part of the tournament bingo game. He instructed the finalists to crack open their replicas. Joey WheelerYami Yugi received "D", Mai Valentine received "B" , Bandit Keith, and Yami YugiJoey Wheeler received "A". In the manga, Bandit Keith had not attended and was given "CB" by default. In the anime, his eye had the "C" inside itand "D", respectively. This meant that Yami Yugi and Mai were the first semifinalists to Duel and Keith and Joey were the second.
In the manga, Ryo Bakura asked Dark YugiTéa Gardner if he could have his replica and was given it. At the end surprised that Joey consumed all of the tournament, Dark Bakura killed Pegasus and stole his real Millennium Eyesoup, and then, as a sign of derision, left the replica on the table and told Pegasus to take considering it had an eyeball in it with him to Hell.<ref>{{chapter|Yu-Gi-Oh! In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories, a manga scene depicting a replica Millennium Eye is used as the basis for the Pegasus stage image. However in-game, it is likely intended to be a picture of the actual Millennium Eye, making it consistent with the stage images for the other Millennium Item holders.
