The player's Duelist Level is equal to <code>(Deck Volume − 400) ÷ 7 + 15</code>, rounded down and capped at 255. New games start with a Duelist Level of 8015.
Each card has its Deck Cost printed on it. Although, there is logic that can be used to otherwise determine a card's Deck Cost.
