'''Zora''' is an elderly woman who runs the [[Poppo Time]] clock shop in [[Neo Domino City]]. She is the landlady of the apartment adjacent to the shop, in which [[Yusei Fudo]], [[Jack Atlas]] and [[Crow Hogan]] live in. She is an old friend of [[Martha]] , and Zora mentions that she only lets the three of them live there because of their foster mother. When she sees someone being mischievous, she can be severe and very strict.
