But I looked on the ruling of Soul Absorption,, it says that I gain life points as much as the removed card.

* To answer the question, look at the card's lore: "Each time a card(s) is removed from play, increase your Life Points by 500 points for each card removed from play". The last 6 words ''should'' answer the question, but just in case, if x number of cards are removed from play simultaneously, you would gain 500x LP.
