As if it needed another reason to stay banned, the sending of cards and the Life Point damage happen at the same time, so [[Lightpulsar Dragon]] would not miss timing. You would then get CED back, or worse yet, get [[Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon]] back, who then gets CED back.
