::I'd say Tsukuyomi could come down to 3, but it depends; I haven't seen it do much myself, but I could be wrong if it goes to 3. No one ran more than 2 TKRO's to begin with, so it's pointless for it to stay at 2. Either it goes to 3 to keep the meta in check, or it goes to 1 so the meta can take over. I'd personally prefer it go to 3, but it's debatable. T.G. Agents aren't what they once were, so I could see Striker come down.
