* This card can normally be used to [[Synchro Summon]] "[[Malefic Paradox Dragon]]" if either "[[Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon]]" or "[[Malefic Stardust Dragon]]" are from your hand. Unless you find other ways to use other [[Malefic]] Monsters as [[Synchro Material Monster]]s
** If you use "[[Cost Down]]" or "[[Star Blast]]", you can also [[Synchro Summon]] other [[Synchro Monster]]s
** Without any [[Type]] or [[Level]] modification, Malefic Paradox Dragon is the only card you can summon with this card at the moment. All other Level 10 Synchro Monsters have restrictions as to what Tuner(s) and the number of Tuners/Non-tuner material monsters required for summoning.
*I f you use "[[DNA Surgery]]" or "[[D. Tribe]]" to make this card Dragon-type, you can Synchro Summon "[[Trident Dragion]]" easily by using "[[Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon]]" or "[[Malefic Stardust Dragon]]".
