Conditions, including restrictions such as the ones found on [[Quickdraw Synchron]] and [[Ronintoadin]], as well as [[Maintenance Cost]]s, are not negated by Forbidden CHaliceChalice. They are still in effect when the monster is targeted by Forbidden Chalice.
