"Particle Fusion":

Fuse "Gem-Knight Crystal" and "Gem-Knight Tormaline" to make "Gem-Knight Topaz", then remove this card from the Graveyard to increase the ATK of "Topaz" by that of "Gem-Knight Crystal" for a total of 4250 ATK. Since "Topaz" can attack twice, this is enough for an OTK.
