Changes

The Flute of Summoning Dragon is a [[Normal Spell Card]] that allows the user to [[Special Summon]] two [[Dragon]]-[[Type]] monsters from their [[hand]], and is especially useful in getting out [[Blue-Eyes White Dragon]], [[Red-Eyes B. Dragon]], or other high level Dragon monsters. Also, since you can use this card only requires if your opponent has [[Lord of D.]] on the field and you don't, since the card only says it has to be on the field and , not on your YOUR side of the field, you can use it if your opponent has it on the field and your don't.
