This arc only appears in the anime, but not in manga. It is a ''[[Duel Monsters]]'' tournament hosted by [[Mr. Heartland]] and [[Dr. Faker]], meant to gather all [[Number Holders]] in one place, as they need all hundred [[Numbers]] for their plans.
