If you activate Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation, can you activate the effect as many times as you want as long as it is face up on the field or will it be rendered useless if the monster Special Summoned by the Ninjitsu Art leaves the field? Example: My opponent has an LV 4 on his field and a LV 4 Ninja on my field. I activate Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation to summon White Dragon Ninja. Later, I summon another LV 4 Ninja and my opponent has another LV 4 monster on his field. The same Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation is still face up on my field so I activate its effect, fulfill the cost, and summon another White Dragon Ninja. Is that possible even if, using this scenario, White Dragon Ninja left the field?

Thanks for having the time to answer my question?
