This is the first Structure Deck with 2 cover-cards. This Deck features [[LIGHT]] and [[DARK]] attributes, most of them are [[Dragon]]-Type monsters. It also includes "[[Lightsworn]]" monster reprints, as well as new [[Dragon]]-Type monsters and support cards.
The "Power Up With Packs!" supplement suggests combining this Deck with "[[Darkstorm Dragon]]" and "[[Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation]]" from ''[[Order of Chaos]]'', "[[Judgment Dragon]]" from ''[[Ra Yellow Mega Pack]]'', "[[Alexandrite Dragon]]" and "[[Thunder End Dragon]]" from ''[[Photon Shockwave]]'' (LIGHT-supporting Spell and Trap cards from the set are also recommended) and "[[Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon]]" and "[[Ehren, Lightsworn Monk]]" from the ''[[2011 Collectors Collectible Tins|2011 Collectible Tins]]'' Wave 2 (from the ''Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon Tin'' and ''Number 10: Illumiknight Tin'', respectively).
