[[Cyber Harpie Lady]], for example, doesn't mention where its name is treated as Harpie Lady; that means it applies everywhere; also, that part can't be negated, so it's a condition. No, because those effects only apply while they are on the field or in the Graveyard. Cyber Harpie Lady, for example, doesn't mention where its name is treated as Harpie Lady; that means it applies everywhere; also, that part can't be negated, so it's a condition.
