- This card appears in the back cover of "Toon World".
- In the game Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses, this card was edited to have more clothing, somewhat like how Red Archery Girl was edited in the TCG in contrast to the OCG.
- Unlike other Toon Monsters, Toon Mermaid does not keep part of its non-Toon counterpart's name, Red Archery Girl. (In the OCG Red Archery Girl is called Bow Wielding Mermaid).
