I think Destiny End Dragon has to be Fusion Summoned before you can use its revival effect.
* Use this card to dump a [[Fusion Monster]] with a powerful effect, then copy that effect with "[[Phantom of Chaos]]".
*use Use this card to dump [[Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon]] in the graveyard and activate [[Dragon's Mirror]] to fuse it with a fusion substitute (or [[Black Luster Soldier]] ofcourse) to get [[Dragon Master Knight]] out without having to summon the ultimate. *You can use it to drop destiny end dragoon and summon it next turn with the effect.
