- Combine this card with Spirit Monsters, "Compulsory Evacuation Device", "Honest", "Abyss Soldier", "Gale Lizard", "Begone, Knave!", "Hyper Hammerhead", etc.
- "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole" can effectively control the field and gain Life Points.
- You can perform a Life Gain loop by doing the following following: Set one Ultimate Offering and wait one turn. Then activate two copies of this card and now summon Honest and use its effect to return to the owners hand - you will gain 1000 life points because of the two copies of this card. Now activate the effect of Ultimate Offering to summon honest again. Repeat this until you have enough life points.
- The Wicked Worm Beast works well with this card.
- This card works well with "removal decks" that focus on removing your opponents monsters from the field such as Guardian Sphinx
- This card works well in a Mist Valley deck, which focuses on returning cards from the field to the hand.
- You can perform a Life Gain loop by doing the following: While having Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier on the field and Fabled Kushano (preferably in Graveyard) and 1 Fabled monster that Special Summon itself after discarding to the Graveyard (preferably in hand), activate Fabled Kushano effect and discard Fabled monster from hand, then Special Summon it with it's effect. Activate Brioniac effect and discard Kushano. Return early Summoned Fabled to hand. Gain 500 LP from Spring of Rebirth. Repeat until you have "infinite" Life Points.
