Changes

These are mainly used by [[Spellcaster|Spellcasters]], such as "[[Breaker the Magical Warrior]]", who gets a Spell Counter when [[Normal Summon|Normal Summoned]], Spell Counters are often added by their own effects, like how [[Mythical Beast Cerberus]] or [[Royal Magical Library]] get Spell Counters when [[Spell Cards]] resolve.
