* "[[Venom Swamp]]" can be useful for clearing the field. A combination of "[[Light of Intervention]]" and "[[Lightning Vortex]]" can clear the field for "Vennominaga" to attack directly, in addition to sending another Reptile-[[Type]] monster to the Graveyard to boost the ATK of "Venominaga".
* While this card cannot be [[destroy]]ed or banished from the field by [[card effect]]s, it can be Tributed for "[[Lava Golem]]","[[Santa Claws]]" or "[[Volcanic Queen]]". Keep a "[[Mask of Restrict]]" handy to prevent this.
* Use "[[Des Feral Imp]]" to further power up "Vennominaga", and if your "Rise of the Snake Deity" is negated/destroyed you can still have another chance. It also helps if you are forced to discard "Vennominaga" or other key cards.
