* "[[Big Bang Shot]]" on another monster like "[[Red Dragon Archfiend]]" will keep your opponent from hiding behind Defense Position monsters since it won't affect "Vennominaga".
* You can use "[[Bolt from the Blue]]" to quickly and easily Special Summon this card. This card's own effects will prevent it from being shuffled back into the Deck by the effect of "[[Bolt from the Blue]]". However, in order to make use of this card's own revival effect, you still need to have Reptile-Type monsters in your Graveyard to banish.
