Blackwing Full armor master card ruling
If my opponent attacked with "Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon" and activated the effect to destroy 1 spell/trap card on the field, after resolving it am I able to put a counter on that monster with the effect of "Blackwing Full armor master"?
