* This monster appears in the artworks of "[[Hologram Projection]]" and "[[Tannhauser Gate]]". * This card's name is a play on [[wikipedia:Solar wind|solar wind]] (a stream of charged particles from the Sun's upper atmosphere) and [[wikipedia:Windjammer|windjammer]] (a commercial sailing ship with multiple masts).** This monster is also based off of the concept of a [http[wikipedia://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_sail Solar sail|solar sail]], a form of spacecraft propulsion that uses the powerful electromagnetic emissions of the Sun to push a spaceship, similar to a regular sail on Earth.* This monster could also be inspired by the classic role-playing game [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spelljammer Spelljammer], in which ships sail the stars using magic, or the animated movie [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treasure_Planet Treasure Planet], of a fantasy/steampunk version ship of the classic book Treasure Island where solar sails literally use the sun to sail across space.* This card has nearly identical Special Summoning conditions to "[[Vice Dragon]]"Earth.
