Hi, Jyojyo78. When recreating categories from the data loss, please refrain from creating empty pages. Each category is meant to be part of another category, and by making them empty, we will lose track of what needs to be restored or not. Try using the Wayback Machine to see which categories the category you're creating belonged to.
