When the fifth Dark Signer to be defeatedwinds died down, a frustrated Carly was left wondering what had just happened.

During the battle against Rex Goodwin, Jack briefly mentions CarlyWhen Team 5D's faced [[Team Ragnarok]], saying Mina said that when she was young, her parents had told her a story about a [[Synchro Monster]].
