For exampleSecondarily, the archetype revolves around interactions with the Normal Spell "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru Drago".Almost every "Koa'ki Meiru" monster has a maintenance cost that must be performed during each of the player's" effect was designed especially to oppose LightswornEnd Phases, Dark Armed Return, and Blackwing Decks for their Swarming capabilitiesotherwise they will destroy themselves. Against meta decks, "Koa'ki Meirus tend to Meiru" monsters typically have powerful Lockdown capabilities. In addition, several low-level Koa'ki Meiru monsters have ATKs that a choice of two actions for their maintenance costs; the options are considered extraordinarily high for typically sending an "Iron Core" from the player's hand to the Graveyard, or revealing a monster of itcard in the player's level hand (there are 7 monsters with 1900 ATK and 3 monsters with 2000 or more ATK, all at level 4typically a monster of their same type), as well as having a beneficial effect (if not counting the revealing part), thus they can play semi.{| class="wikitable mw-collapsible autocollapse" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; border: none; text-beatdown as well. It is best to have monsters ("Overload or ", "Necrovalley in your Guardian. The most dangerous are ", "hand destruction decks. If your hand becomes 0 too quickly, you have limited options. You can draw normally, hopefully getting a Koa'ki Meiru monster, but it gets destroyed, because you cannot add "Sandman" to your hand. Also, most other Koa'ki Meiru Spells and Traps need "Wall" in your hand. ) also form a thematic sub-series with a single effect pattern: each of them can Side Decknegateing "Morphing Jar" and other draw an opponent's action (summoning a monster or activating a card/effect of a card type) by tributing themselves."Koa'ki Meiru" cards can help. ==Playing Style== This be played as staples in other Typing-focused Decks, or played as a single dedicated Deck revolves around Anti-Meta. Obviously, the most important card needed in the deck is As a dedicated "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru"Deck, so having three in your the Deck would be very helpful. Most of primarily focuses on the monsters are used against Effect MonstersLevel 4 EARTH Rock "Koa'ki Meiru" monsters due to their accessibility, power, mostly DARK and synergy with LIGHTRock monsters, since support; they are form a part of the commonly used popular "Stun" Deck. The Deck's (main searchers are "Dark Armed DragonDiamond Core of Koa'ki Meiru decks", "Lightsworns, etc...). It is best to also have three of "Koa'Koa'ki Meiru BoulderUrnight" , and "Koa'ki Meiru CrusaderSupplier" in your Deck. Aside from the "Rock Stun" "Koa'ki Meiru Boulder" can search for monsters, other relevant high-power (and low-cost) "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" or a needed monsters include the LIGHT and DARK hard counters "Koa'ki Meiru monster. Drago" and "Koa'ki Meiru CrusaderDoom" can add , the card-destroying "Iron Core of Koa'ki MeiruIce" from your and "GraveyardKoa'ki Meiru Tornado", so you do not have to add it to your hand during and the Draw Phase. mass effect negation of "Koa'ki Meiru SpeederHydro Barrier" has a high Defense and if you draw . While "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" you can draw another card. While usually this proves itself quite situational, you can abuse is central to the effects of "Koaarchetype'ki Meiru Hydro Barrier" and s playstyle, and there are multiple dedicated searchers for it (e.g. "Koa'ki Meiru TornadoCore Transport Unit". While they are very strong against ), the current common Decks, their weakness are Removed from play decks fact that the card doesn't have any effects itself and Hand destruction decks. Remove from play decks can remove is purely an enabler for certain specific cards means that more modern "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" and so you have will typically try to rely on your revealing effect. It is best to have downplay its importance, in favor of other external enablers (and maintenance cost providers) like "Imperial Iron Wall in your Side DeckAdamancipator" monsters. ===Recommended cards===Though Necrovalley and the Gravekeepers may hinder a Koa'ki Meiru's playing style and vice versa they can actually help one another especially if you have Gravekeeper's Chief, which takes care of the out of play problem.  However it would be wise to include cards that return monsters and other cards to yours or your opponents hands. Such as multiple copies of Compulsory Evacuation Device or Penguin Soldier. This way if you cant reveal the correct type of card or discard an Iron Core you can return them to your hand instead or in the case of Penguin Soldier return one monster your opponent has and your own. Another good card to add in case of a remove from play type opponent use the trap card Imperial Iron Wall allowing you to keep your cards. Another trick you might want to consider is to help the anti meta abilities the trap Grave of the Super Ancient Organism making their monsters higher then LV 6 useless. Since you do have to discard an Iron Core every End Phase a great card to add is Forced Requisition which would force your opponent to discard a card for every card you discard. It would be wise for a serious Koa'ki Meiru Duelist who uses the cards Koa'ki Meiru Maximus, Koa'ki Meiru Rooklord and Koa'ki Meiru Ghoulungulate to have 2 copies of Necroface in their deck, as these monsters remove cards from play, it would be good to get them shuffled back into your deck through Necroface's effect. Also a player might want to include Evil Hero Dark Gaia and Dark Fusion since there is a fairly powerful amount of Fiendand Rock type Koa'ki Meiru monsters such as Koa'ki Meiru Valafar and Koa'ki Meiru Guardian which would make for a 4900 ATK monster. ===Recommended Cards==={{Decklist|Deck

If the player is not careful and summons multiple "Koa'ki Meiru" monsters to the field without thought, it can easily blow up if one is not able to pay all the costs.** Additionally, cards such as "Respect Play" or "Ceremonial Bell" can eliminate the majority of the alternative maintenance costs by making it impossible to reveal any cards. In that case, one would be forced to rely on sending "Iron Core" to satisfy maintenance costs.* "Koa'ki Meiru" monsters are very reliant on the hand, therefore any form of "Hand Control" presents a big threat by being able to specifically remove assets essential to the Deck. Cards like "Card Destruction", "Mind Crush", "D.D. Designator" and "Trap Dustshoot" can completely disrupt the player's strategy.* Like many other decks, "Koa'ki Meiru" does not appreciate its Summons to be negated or blocked. "Solemn Warning", "Solemn Judgment", "Archlord Kristya", "Vanity's Fiend" or "Vanity's Emptiness" are all effective against the deck.Archseries navbox
