On the [[January 2014 Lists|January 2014 Forbidden/Limited lists]], all the adult Dragons were Limited, further hampering the Deck's playability their Attribute and rendering the "Special Summon their corresponding high-Level Dragon Ruler" monsters more practical as support for with their Attribute and other Dragon-based Decksfrom the Deck, but it cannot attack this turn.

GenerallyBy combining the summoning effects of all the Dragon Ruler monsters, each and the searching effects of "Tempest" and "Tidal", the series can rapidly swarm the board with Level 7 Dragon Ruler" monsters, which can then be used as support for Level 7 Xyz plays. The ability for Dragon Ruler monsters to decks of their corresponding Attribute, such as:Special Summon themselves from the GY also grants the Deck excellent recovery over multiple turns.
