1.) I use Bait Doll onto opponent's set Divine Warning. Will opponent still pay 2000LP when Warning if force to activate during resolution?
2.) I use Bait Doll onto opponent's set Magatama while he has a Six Samurai monster on the field. Can opponent chain Magatama to Bait Doll's activation?

<HR>1) [[Solemn Warning]] only negates Summons, or effects which cause summons, [[Bait Doll]] does neither, thus activation timing is wrong, thus warning is not activated.
2) "ou would not be able to activate this card in response to the activation of the effects of Snipe Hunter or Elemental Hero Stratos as neither card is guaranteed to destroy a card when their effect is activated." same situation, so no.

How about using Bait Doll into a face down [[Gottom's Emergency Call]] without any faceup X saber on the field, will that work or not?
Or into Self Destruct Button without having the correct LP difference?
