Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dawn of Destiny

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Royal Decree", but everything else you said aren't bugs
* The opponent can Flip Summon a Flip-Effect Monster, then switch it to Defense Position if it did not declare an attack that turn.
* The opponent named 'Rare Hunter', who uses an Exodia Deck, has 3 copies of Pot of Greed, as well as multiple copies of Exodia parts. This is technically illegal in the video game, as these cards are limited to one each per Deck.
* If Royal Decree or Jinzo are active on the field along with a monster revived by Call of the Haunted, the monster will no longer be tied to the fate of Call of the Haunted, and vice-versa; Meaning that if one is destroyed while Jinzo or Royal Decree are in effect, the other will remain on the field until destroyed by another card. If Call of the Haunted is destroyed, then the card's owner will be free to use the vacant slot without losing the revived monster, but if the monster is destroyed, then Call of the Haunted will uselessly occupy a slot on the owner's side of the field until removed by other means.
* Jar of Greed can be successfully activated even as it is being destroyed by Mystical Space Typhoon or cards with similar effects. The exception to this is Royal Decree, since it disables other trap cards played within the same Chain.
