No [[Grave Squirmer]] will go to his opponent's grave thus your opponent gets to resolve the effect such as if your opponent used [[Creature Swap]] and gave you a [[Giant Rat]] and destroyed it by battle he gets [[Giant Rat]]'s effect since it goes to his grave. *Could people stop posting like they know what they're talking about when they clearly don't, please? "[[Grave Squirmer]]"'s card text indicates clearly that it activates in the Graveyard. Unless a card effect states otherwise, cards that are sent to the Graveyard ALWAYS go to their owners' Grave and not whoever is controlling it at the time. Therefore, the owner (in this case, Usagiyojimbo) gets the effect. The anonymous user's example is also clearly wrong since "[[Giant Rat]]" goes to the OWNER's graveyard (and therefore the owner would SS a monster, not the controller).
