* This card is primarily intended to adjust the levels of monsters on the field so you can properly perform a [[Synchro Summon]]. [[Noisy Gnat]] is used in the same way.
* Reduce a level 2 monster to level 1 and play "[[Metamorphosis]] to [[Special Summon]] "[[Thousand-Eyes Restrict]]".
