If she is, she certainly doesn't seem to know it right now. It doesn't seem likely, since she's one of the "good guys" and the Dark Signers appear to be evil. Although it would be intersting to see her go all Darth Vadar and join them. I would have said Goodwin a few months ago, but after they showed him with the arm of the fifth Signer and showed he was missing an arm, without explicitally stating he's the fifth Signer, it wouldn't be much of a suprise if they were to later say it was him.
