* This card has a counterpart named "[[Winged Cleaver]]".
* "[[Milus Radiant]]" has the complete opposite of this card's effect. It instead increases the ATK of [[EARTH]] monsters and decreases the [[ATK ]] of [[WIND]] monsters.
* If three "Bladefly" cards are on the field, each one will have 2100 ATK. Additionally, any EARTH monsters on the field will lose 1200 ATK, allowing a "Bladefly" to destroy any EARTH monster with an original ATK less than 3300.
