*This card can be used to change monsters such as [[Ultimate Insect LV3]] and [[Allure Queen LV3]] to their next forms, but the clause of these cards that state they only receive their effects is Summoned by the effect of the lower level form makes this fairly pointless, save for the higher Attack and Defense (for example, changing [[Ultimate Insect LV3]] to [[Ultimate Insect LV5]] so as to be able to level up to [[Ultimate Insect LV7]] more quickly).
